Order Shipping Times & Information

Shipping times once we deliver your package to the local rural post office or it is picked up by UPS or FedX  can vary by where you live in the country, which we have no control over. You will receive a tracking number from the carrier you selected and you will receive a tracking number from them so you can track your package.  Please retain the tracking so you can check the progress of your package. It will be emailed to the email address you provide to us or use for Pay Pal. 

Please check your spam or junk folder in case you missed it. We may print your shipping label up to a day or two prior to "actual shipping" day which is how our shipping system works, so we know what we have to currently bake or dehydrate getting that ready to ship.

General Shipping Notes

  • We will sometimes print the shipping labels a day or even 2 business days or so ahead of time of actual shipping while waiting on baking and dehydrating treats, , which on occasion may miss-lead you that they have already shipped, UPS and FedX will alert you when they have picked up.
  • We strive to ship orders out within a week's (5 business days) time after processing, then your package can have between 1-5 days of shipping time depending the carrier or method you have selected.
  • There can also be additional shipping days depending on where you live in the US if you selected USPS. 
  • We wish we could do it faster, but we would have to charge a lot more for our products because we would have to hire more staff to help, purchase more equipment to keep the treats going to you fresh and affordable!
  • We live on and run our business from a rural ranch, on dirt roads, so sometimes we are a bit challenged in getting to the post office or for UPS or FedX pick ups as they cannot drive on our roads so things can get a bit delayed during weather events including El Ninos or snow in the winter. They do the best they can, just like we do.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since you placed your order (not counting weekends or holidays) and you have still not received it please email me at jessica@treatsforpawsandhooves.com
