Order Processing, Baking or Dehydrating & Packaging Time From Our Ranch
Thanks for being a valued customer or potential customer of Treats for Paws and Hooves, LLC we have built our business on transparency and customer service because we are, and continue to be a small woman owned business with limited help, it does take a bit longer for orders to process, bake/dehydrate fresh and then ship (usually within a weeks time after we process you order) which is our goal, as it is our policy to bake and dehydrae the treats weekly just a day prior to shipping which is typically on Thursdays.
You won't find products like ours on Amazon Prime, Chewy's or at Smart Pack or any of the other big retailers.
- While we aim to process your order within a shorter shipping window, our processing time frames are usually about 2 to 5 business days. (Not calendar days). Please please be patient. Our treats are really worth the wait!
Typical Processing Times
If you place your order:
- Monday to Friday after noon Pacific time - your order will "typically" start to process the next regular business day, but by no later than Friday of the week you order. We do not ship the day the order is / are processed nor received.
- On a three-day holiday weekend (Sat/Sun/Mon) - your order will usually start to process on Tuesday or in some cases the next business day due to volume received.
Miscellaneous Notes
REFUNDS: We do not readily offer refunds on the treats as they are perishable and if returned we could not use them again due to time in shipping back and forth - so, therefore, we will handle this on a case by case basis , especially if the treats are damaged in shipping and reserve the right to re-ship as oppose to refund.
